Wrong dev diary linkEdit
Hi!
Just wanted to say that the link for the DD#50 on the front page was wrong, and points to DD#48. The link in the dev diary page is the right one tho — Preceding unsigned comment added by LeSingeAffame (talk) 22:58, 5 May 2019 (UTC)
Update to countriesEdit
Hi, honestly have no idea how to reply to messages on wiki. Regarding the list, it should contain all tags at the start of the game, though game files contain a bit more than that (probably used for formable nations or not used at all, not sure). But still yes, i think we can say that this is complete list of playable countries. I have added tags (some though still need to be double-confirmed in-game, will update later) and general region, similar how it was on initial list. I wanted to use actual region names from game (like split Italia to "central italy" and "magna graecia"), but in this case there will be 3 or 4 times more region names in this table, not sure if it will make it better. deletionEdit
Hi, you deleted my entire Power Points article:
Power Points are points automatically generated by each and every state, similar to how pops generate Research Points and money. Power Points are spent by states to obtain variable things. States differ regarding their Type of Government (republic-type, monarchy-type or tribal-type), their rank (Migrant Horde, City State, Local Power, Regional Power, Major Power or Great Power), the concrete cities they rule over on the map and the amount of pops. Consult the list of Countries to see all available states at game start. == The four major Power Points == === Military Power Points === Each state generates xx Military Power Points per month, plus half the Military Skill of the ruler character. Military Power Points are spent for * adoption of a Military Tradition (starting with 800) * building of Roads (10 per connection between two adjacent cities) === Civic Power Points === Each state generates xx Military Power Points per month, plus half the Civic Skill of the ruler character. Civic Power Points are spent for * unlock/buy/acquire Inventions (100 per Invention) (available ones depend on the done research) * … * the moving of pops from one city to another city (20, only 5 for slaves) === Oratory Power Points === Each state generates xx Oratory Power Points per month, plus half the Oratory Skill of the ruler character. Oratory Power Points are spent for * changing National Idea (50) * changing Governor Policy (100 each time it is changed) * promotion of pops (20 per pop) * assimilation of pops (20 per pop) === Religious Power Points === Each state generates xx Religious Power Points per month, plus half the Religious Skill of the ruler character. Religious Power Points are spent for * … * invocation of an Omen (200) * Sacrifice (to increase Stability) (100) * changing governors’ policies * conversion of pops (20 per pop) == Research Points == Research Points are not considered Power Points, and unlike these are generated by pops, specifically only by pops belonging to the Citizens-social class. Consult the article Technology for further information.

- I think there may be some sort of mistake here as I only renamed the redirects (please refer to style guidelines for capitalization on the wiki), no deletion was done. In the future please sign your comments with

- I found it. But why delete the redirects??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.193.20.43 (talk) 11:22, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
- To avoid possible confusion with duplicates (such as what just happened). If a redirect will change in the future it will cause maintenance issues -- the search engine ignores capital letters and will chose the first option by default (unless chosen manually). Please refer to style guidelines for capitalization on the wiki. And, again, sign your comments with

- I see it the other way around: If no page is existent, you create confusion, if there is one, a redirect, then matters are obvious! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.193.20.43 (talk) 15:46, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
Moderator edit: But the page does exist --> only with different capitalization. Capitalization makes no difference for the search engine and having duplicates creates unnecessary maintenance overhead to the wiki staff. Sign your comments. ~ SolSys (talk) 14:23, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
Where is the Wiki Parser for IR scripts?Edit
Hello! Is there a tool for IR, such as Parser or JParser for EU4? Ttuser (talk) 18:59, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
Deleted imagesEdit
File:The Punic Wars DLC.png & File:Magna Graecia DLC.png: why these files were deleted? I didn't find identical files.
- Currently at work, will expand later. We use other means to indicate DLC content. ~ 05:54, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
X Revolt PagesEdit
Hello, I noticed you changed the capitalization of the page names for the Roman/Phryigan/etc. Revolt redirect pages. The issue is that they're linked to from flag templates, and since the capitalization there wasn't changed it sort of defeats the whole purpose of the redirect. I'm not totally sure how exactly it should be capitalized according the style guidelines call for (i.e. is 'Phrygian Revolt' is a proper name that should be capitalized, like 'Cyrenaican Opposition' or 'Syracusan Tyranny' or 'Seleukid Empire'?), but in any case I thought it should be cleared up so the names are consistent. - Thanks for letting me know. I was not aware those were country names and have now reverted the edits. In general, all words in country names begin capitalized. Regular names/nouns and others have only the first word begins capitalized (same guideline as on Wikipedia). The capitalization rule also applies to page headers/sections. Thanks again. ~ SolSys (talk) 15:18, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
New version of image not updatingEdit
Hello SolSys, I am running into this problem every time I attempt to update an image, none of the thumbnails update. This occurs with maps, flags, and anything else. Is there any solution? Thanks! — User:KitKat.Invasion (talk) 03:15, 28 April 2022 (UTC)
