In Imperator each Country has a set of decisions that can be taken after a certain set of requirements have been met. All decision can be found in the decision tab. Some decision are unique to one nation or culture, while others are universal.

A New Carthage!


Hispania is a land of great riches. In order to continue to build a strong presence there we should endeavor to find a great new port on its southern coastline, a second capital on the other side of the sea. The temple complex is centered around the ancient sacred oak tree of Zeus Naios, whose sanctuary covers a holy spring.
